What a pass means
- Every file in the package is exactly what was recorded: a single changed byte in a measurement, voice clip, video, report or the record chain is caught.
- The record chain is unbroken, and each measurement, clip and video matches the fingerprint written when it was captured.
What it does not mean
- It does not show the receiver was calibrated or well placed, or that a signal came from a particular person, vehicle or place.
- Times are the phone's own clock (device-reported); the package also holds the server's receipt time for each record.
- An unsigned package shows nothing changed since it was made, not who made it.
